5. Qualification Failure: Accounts of Distributors failing to meet the sales requirement within the thirty days period will be moved two levels deeper within the 5 by 8 matrix structure.

6. Conversion: Points accrue monetary value per level, redeemable bi-monthly.

7. Redemption Schedules: Points earned from the 1st to the 15th of the monthly are redeemable on the 19th, points earned from the 16th to the 30th are redeemable on the 5th of the following month.

Distributors failing to purchase at least one repeat purchase package in a given month will be restricted from converting/redeeming his/her points until the distributor complies.

9. Reward Nature: Global Grand Matrix rewards are granted for network building activity, not individual sales. The company reserves the right to modify the program.

10. Waiver of Income: Distributors waive income eligibility should they fail to purchase at least one repeat purchase package in a given month or during matrix re-alignment.

Distributors accounts with a minimum volume sale of five repeat purchase packages will be placed and position according to the time the minimum sales volume was achieved. 4. Number of Monthly Achievers: Monthly Achievers Matrix will only accommodate 780 accounts in a given month.
